Place the jewelry in its original Simuero box and protective pouch, ensuring the item is secure and accompanied by all original certification cards.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Review & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
